Learn more about our Lifetime Warranty policy
LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY

The RV Covers’ lifetime warranty reflects our commitment to the quality and durability of our products. Our protective covers are designed to withstand extreme weather conditions and protect your recreational vehicle during storage periods. Please carefully read the terms of our warranty policy to understand what is covered and the applicable conditions.

ARTICLE 1 - WARRANTY SCOPE

The lifetime warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects in protective covers, specifically:
-Defective Seams: Any seam failure attributable to a manufacturing defect is covered.
-Discoloration: The warranty covers any abnormal discoloration due to a manufacturing defect, not related to improper usage conditions.

ARTICLE 2 - WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover:
-Tears: Tears in the cover are excluded from the warranty as they may result from incorrect installation or external factors, such as debris or sharp objects.
-Transport-Related Damage: Our covers are specifically designed to protect RVs during storage, not during transport. Any use during transport voids the warranty.
-Damage Caused by External Elements: Wear from friction, branches, or any other external element is excluded from this warranty.

ARTICLE 3 - MATERIAL DURABILITY AND RESISTANCE

Our protective covers are manufactured to withstand the rigors of the Canadian climate, including extreme temperatures, snow, ice, and UV rays. The quality of the materials ensures reliable protection, but we recommend regularly inspecting your cover to prevent any potential damage and to ensure it is properly installed.

ARTICLE 4 - WARRANTY CONDITIONS

To benefit from the warranty, the customer must:
-Provide Proof of Purchase: Keep your receipt or any document confirming your purchase.
-Follow Installation Instructions: Improper installation may cause damage and void the warranty. We strongly recommend following the provided installation guidelines.
-Regularly Inspect the Cover: Periodic inspections are advised to detect and address any potential issues.

ARTICLE 5 - CLAIM PROCEDURE

In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, please contact us at [email protected]
or by mail at:
Toiles VR Québec Inc.
221 Grande-Côte Est
Lanoraie, QC,
J0K 1E0

Claim Process:
-Send a detailed description of the defect, along with photos if possible.
-Provide your proof of purchase.
-We will contact you promptly to assess the claim and, if applicable, proceed with the replacement or repair of the defective item.

ARTICLE 6 - RETURN PROCEDURE

When a claim is approved, the customer must return the defective cover at their own expense. Upon request, we can generate a return label to facilitate shipping.

ARTICLE 7 - WARRANTY POLICY MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify this warranty policy at any time, with immediate effect. Please regularly check our website to see if any changes have been made to our policy. This policy is designed to assure our customers of our commitment to the quality of our protective covers, while clarifying the responsibilities of each party for the proper care and use of The RV Covers’ products.

ARTICLE 8 - NON-WARRANTY PRODUCTS

If a product is not covered by the warranty, The RV Covers offers a repair service to extend the durability of your protective cover. This service is available for all products that do not meet our warranty coverage criteria (such as tears or damage caused by improper installation).

Transport Options: For out-of-warranty repairs, we can arrange round-trip transport for your product at an additional cost. This transport service is designed to facilitate the process and provide comprehensive support for our customers.
